It was a crisp and fresh October afternoon for the Christening of Harriet Hayes. The church was warm and welcoming and the service very enjoyable. Unfortunately I wasn’t allowed to take any shots during the service which was a shame. The moment when the Godparents surrounded the font on one side, with candles in hand in the dim light of the Church, whilst Harriet was baptised, was absolutely gorgeous. Harriet was very quiet during the ceremony, surprisingly quiet I thought. I glanced over and, yes, she was sleeping! Here are the best shots from the afternoon…
